MY DAILY ROUTINE

My name's Johanna, and I am 17 years old. I live in Palmira, but I’m from Venezuela. I live with my father, my mother and my sister and we are very happy. I study at Harold Eder School, and in the afternoons, I have a part-time job.

From Monday to Friday, my day starts very early. I always get up at 5:00 and, I have a 20-minutes shower. Then, I get dressed and comb my hair. At 05:50 a.m. I have breakfast, I usually have coffee or chocolate, white bread and fried eggs. After that, I brush my teeth, take my back pack, say good bye to my parents and go to school. I usually start classes at 6:15.

At 9:30 a.m., we have a break, I usually have a snack and at 12:15, we finish classes. I go home, and regularly, I have lunch with my mother and my sister at 12:45. My father doesn’t have lunch with us, he usually has lunch at work. After having lunch, I usually wash my uniform, and then I take a nap from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Then, I get up and I go to the bakery, where I have a part- time job to help my parents. I usually stay in the bakery until 7:00 pm. After that, I go home, I take a shower, then I have dinner and do my homework. I regularly finish homework about 9:00 pm, then, I watch tv for a little while, and always go to bed at 10:00 pm. I don´t like to stay up too late on weeknights. 

On weekends, I always get up around 8:00 am. On Saturdays I help with chores at home, and them I do all my homework, I always try to finish before noon. In the afternoons I go out with some friends, we just go around and hang out. In the evening we, all the family watch a movie, and after that we go to bed. On Sundays we usually go somewhere in the afternoons to have a soda, a popsicle or ice cream. My favorite flavor is strawberry. My sister loves vanilla ice cream. Sometimes we buy some pizza for dinner, my father likes pine apple pizza, and my mother loves, ham and cheese pizza.
